Nicely appointed hotel, outstandingly helpful staff even with explaining public transportation possibilities, everything was very good. A nice size and well-equipped rooms, stunning view of the beach. Exceptionally nice and perfect location not too far away from a family amusement park. Loved very nice area.

I would recomand this venue to others. The room is relaxing and beautiful with a wonderful view. The location of the hotel is marvellous, very close to the pacific ocean, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Third Street Promenade and surrounding areas e. You can relax at Chez Jay, located nearby.

This was my nice stay on this visit. The place was impeccably clean, I booked the deluxe room with views of the sea, everything was wonderful. Central location was a plus. The staff was excellent and efficient every time I needed help.

Wonderful and fairly clean place with awesome and fantastic staff from valet parking to room cleaners. A great restaurant for dinner.

The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a posh shopping center. The staff were amazingly nice and accommodating, thanks to them everything was well-maintained. The room was modern with a king bed, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its excellent breakfast.

Got guest room with 2 double beds and a view of the roofs of the nearby buildings, as example as expected. A shower, hair dryers, and bathrobes was a plus.

The hotel offers well-equipped and beautifully decorated rooms with very comfortable beds, a view of the roofs of the nearby buildings, the tea & coffee facility, I am very pleased about that.

Friendly staff, amazing location, cozy room. Loved the poolside restp/bar for sunset. Mini fridge provided for extra food. Close to beach and shopping. Big comfortable rooms with pool view. Good breakfast options and reasonable prices. Fire pits in the evening for a cozy atmosphere.

The view from the room was really nice. Also the concierge present the evening before my departure was very professional and efficient. The lady who served my dinner at the restaurant was also very friendly and polite.

The balconies are only standing only. It would have been so nice to relax with a drink on your own balcony....otherwise excellent.

Nice hotel with exceptionally good view of the beach and pier spectacular. Central location right by pier and 3rd street promenade, coffee shops and downtown LA restaurants and sights, quiet atmosphere.

Wi-Fi was bad.

The units were exceptionally good and beautiful with 2 beds. The location of the hotel in Santa Monica is unbeatable, right by surrounding areas, the Loews Santa Monica and downtown and restaurants. You will be about a 5-minute drive from Santa Monica State Beach.

Upgraded to spacious suite with friendly staff and festive decor. Convenient location near pier, beach, and shops. Clean and comfortable after recent renovation. Enjoyed fire pit drinks and ocean sunset. Lovely heated pool and breakfast, albeit slightly expensive.

It has stunning and unbeatable location for visiting a large double - jointed pier.
